Job Description

  • Hunt for new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new.
  • Develop and pitch client proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates/fees.
  • Headhunt, source, and build relationships with potential candidates, utilizing a variety of resources.
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.
  • Manage sales processes from interview through offer and close stages

The Successful Applicant

  • MUST have 2+ years of commercial experience in Staffing & Recruitment
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team preferably; those with the desire to manage and lead a team one day should still apply
  • High Energy, determination and resilience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team
