Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from winning and developing client relationships to delivering successful placements.
  • Build trusted, long‑term partnerships with clients, offering clear, consultative advice on their hiring needs.
  • Use Michael Page's global networks, tools and market insight to source and engage high‑quality candidates
  • Spot and act on business development opportunities, growing existing accounts and opening new ones.
  • Work towards clear, ambitious goals, with the autonomy to shape how you run your desk.
