Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment process from client acquisition through successful candidate placement.
  • Develop strong, consultative relationships with clients and advise them on hiring strategies and talent needs.
  • Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates using market knowledge, internal networks, and recruitment tools.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring demands.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new clients.
  • Take ownership of performance goals while delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
