Employees benefit from a collaborative culture that values teamwork, accountability and internal development, with leadership committed to continuous improvement and long‑term investment in both people and infrastructure.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the Senior Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for:Lead, direct and support shift‑based operations teams to ensure safe and reliable plant operationEnforce and promote strict adherence to health, safety and environmental standards for employees and contractorsPlan and execute daily and weekly production schedules to meet output, quality and cost targetsMonitor operational performance and KPIs, identifying and resolving process or equipment issuesCoordinate maintenance activities, follow up on corrective actions and ensure accurate system documentationEnsure sufficient staffing and resources are in place to support uninterrupted operationsDevelop team capability through coaching, cross‑training and performance managementFoster a strong culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with quality, food safety and regulatory programs (including HACCP and certification standards)Prepare and analyze operational reports, sharing insights with senior leadershipSupport new product introductions and change initiatives within the plantMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
