Job Description

  • Lead and manage property management operations across multiple LIHTC properties to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all LIHTC program regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize property performance and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Provide leadership and support to property management teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Oversee budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics for all assigned properties.
