Job Description

  • Develop and execute a regional business growth strategy across the Eastern territory.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic packaging partners.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through to project launch and delivery.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend the most suitable packaging solutions and operational partners.
  • Grow existing accounts while developing new commercial relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer and partner visits across the territory.
  • Support broader company expansion initiatives through strategic territory development and market intelligence.
  • Create long-term partnerships that drive sustainable revenue growth and business performance.

The Successful Applicant

Key requirements include:

  • Previous experience within contract packaging, co-packing, packaging services, packaging distribution, packaging brokerage, or a closely related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales, business development, or territory management roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and develop new market opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing complex customer projects from initial opportunity through delivery.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strategic and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the Eastern region.
