Job Description

The ideal candidate is eager to grow within a fast-paced consumer products company. Experience in power tools, hardware, home improvement, building products, or related industries is a plus, but we value talent, drive, and potential over industry tenure.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retailer & Big Box / consumer accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding inventory, promotions, product updates, and business planning.
  • Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and sales events.
  • Gather market intelligence regarding customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Provide sales forecasts, reports, and territory updates to leadership.
  • Travel throughout the territory to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth.

The Successful Applicant

Experience working with or selling into retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, Ace Hardware, Walmart, Target, or similar organizations is a plus.What We're Looking For

  • A hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-5 years of sales, account management, business development, retail, or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in Power Tool industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable presenting products and conducting demonstrations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel throughout North America as required.
