Job Description

Sales & Account Development

  • Prospect, develop, and manage customer relationships within an assigned territory
  • Drive new business by selling maintenance programs, cleaning services, and related solutions
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend tailored service solutions
  • Manage pipeline activity, proposals, and contract negotiations



Service-Based Solution Selling

  • Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to scope and deliver solutions
  • Educate customers on best practices for fluid management and equipment performance
  • Support on-site assessments, service demonstrations, and follow-up engagement



Customer Retention & Growth

  • Maintain long-term client relationships through regular site visits and reviews
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries



Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, opportunities, and forecasts
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication between customers and service teams
  • Provide market insights and feedback to internal leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (business or technical field is a plus)
  • 1+ years of experience in industrial, technical, or service-based sales
  • Exposure to machining environments, metalworking fluids, or industrial maintenance preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
