MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Law, or a related discipline.5-10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, or a comparable function within financial services or another highly regulated industry.Demonstrated experience implementing AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions in a business or regulatory environment.Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, supervisory processes, and governance standards.Familiarity with U.S. regulatory agencies, including the FRB, SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, and related oversight bodies.Understanding of large financial institution operations, including banking, capital markets, risk management, legal, compliance, and treasury functions.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with governance, risk, compliance, and collaboration platforms.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team-oriented environment.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $180,000 to $210,000 annually.Permanent position within the Financial Services industry.Interested?
