Job Description

  • Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Conduct project meetings and provide regular project updates
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Perform occasional site visits throughout the Raleigh market
  • Support procurement and project buyout activities
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

  • Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience preferred
  • Civil construction experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred but not required
  • Experience working in fast-paced construction environments
  • Ability to work from the Chapel Hill headquarters
  • Raleigh market knowledge preferred
