About Our Client

Our client is a national commercial general contractor with more than 100 employees and operations across the states. The business specialises in open-store environments, tenant improvements, remodels, retail , hospitality, distribution, and fuel station projects, while continuing to expand into ground-up construction opportunities.

Job Description

* Manage commercial TI and remodel projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client communications.

* Support open-store renovation projects while minimising operational disruption.

* Collaborate with field teams, leadership, and key project stakeholders.

* Contribute to business growth by successfully delivering quality projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Remote Project Manager should have:

* Experience in commercial construction project management or assistant project management.

* Background in tenant improvement, retail, or open-store remodel projects.

* Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Ambition to progress within a structured development programme.
