We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple national retail construction projects simultaneously across the United States. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on leadership role for a construction professional who can drive project execution, mentor fellow Project Managers, and deliver successful projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Description

  • Project Management: Manage multiple retail and commercial construction projects concurrently across various states and jurisdictions.
  • Schedule Management: Build, maintain, and recover project schedules to ensure successful delivery of fast-track construction programs.
  • Team Leadership:Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Identify project risks early and implement corrective actions to prevent schedule or cost impacts.
  • Documentation: Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide proactive project updates.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Senior Project Manager experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects rather than a single large project.
  • Strong national construction experience across multiple states, jurisdictions, permitting processes, and subcontractor markets.
  • Experience delivering retail construction, tenant improvement, rollout, refresh, restaurant, or similar fast-paced commercial projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of project scheduling, sequencing, schedule recovery, and construction operations.
