With a strong financial foundation, long-term project pipeline, and integrated business model, they offer employees stability, career advancement, and exposure to high-profile multifamily developments.Job DescriptionLead the execution of a 300-unit wood-frame, garden-style multifamily development in East Falmouth, MA.Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through project closeout.Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and risk management.Collaborate with field operations, design teams, ownership groups, and executive leadership to ensure project success.Drive project performance, quality control, safety initiatives, and client satisfaction.Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication.Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve issues that could impact cost or schedule.Provide leadership to project teams while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.Report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in delivering projects within a growing regional portfolio.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
