Job Description

  • Lead tenant improvement and open-store remodel projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service throughout delivery
  • Collaborate with field teams and leadership to identify risks and drive project success
  • Travel as required to support active projects and maintain stakeholder engagement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Proven experience delivering tenant improvement (TI) and retail remodel projects
  • Strong client-facing skills with the confidence to lead conversations and build trust
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and schedule expectations
  • Motivated to grow within a company that offers a structured development pathway
