Job Description

The Construction Manager - Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Independently managing daily on-site construction operations for a residential community
  • Coordinating trade partners, sit development activities, and municipal inspections
  • Leading homeowner meetings and maintaining strong customer communication throughout the build
  • Overseeing schedules, quality control, and safety compliance on site
  • Partnering closely with sales, purchasing, warranty, engineers, and inspectors
  • Managing warranty items and ensuring smooth handovers at completion

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Manager-Superintendent should have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction
  • Background in production or semi-custom homebuilding strongly preferred
  • Strong customer-facing and conversational communication skills
  • High organization and detail oriented skills, and ability to run a site with minimal supervision
  • OSHA 30 certification required
