• Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all work aligns with project specifications and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the construction site.
