Job Description

  • Supervise daily operations on residential construction sites, ensuring projects progress according to schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or potential delays.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Resolve any on-site challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project timelines.
