Residential Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage daily construction site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and project managers.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues efficiently.
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
