Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations on a luxury residential renovation project
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and site logistics
  • Maintain close communication with homeowners, architects, and designers
  • Ensure all finish work meets demanding luxury residential standards
  • Lead project execution through punch list completion and final turnover

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Superintendent - Luxury Palm Beach Renovation should have:
