• Manage all on-site construction activities for restaurant projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Supervise and lead construction teams, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
