Retail Construction Project Manager

• Manage commercial construction projects from estimating and preconstruction through final closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
• Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration efforts
• Prepare and review project estimates, proposals, and scopes of work
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to support project progress, quality, and safety initiatives
• Manage owner billing, subcontractor payments, and project financial performance
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction
• Ensure successful project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, as-builts, and occupancy documentation
