Retail Construction Project Manager

• Manage all phases of retail construction projects, from planning to execution and final delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project timelines.
• Resolve any project-related challenges, maintaining open communication with all parties involved.
• Ensure all construction activities align with company standards and client expectations.
