Job Description

* Manage luxury retail interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.

* Communicate directly with clients, consultants, and field teams.

* Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to track project performance and documentation.

* Support estimating, problem-solving, and project execution as needed.

The Successful Applicant

* 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally within retail interiors.

* Knowledge of luxury retail construction and high-end finish standards.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes.

* Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred.

* Willingness to travel periodically to project sites throughout the region.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 + bonus
