Retail Construction Senior Project Manager

• Oversee all phases of retail construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to key stakeholders.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment in alignment with project needs.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to maintain project momentum.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success.
