Our Client, a reputable GC, is hiring for their retail building and construction projects in N. Palm Beach County.

Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews effectively.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address any challenges or changes in project scope.
  • Inspect and ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and building codes.
  • Communicate progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources while minimizing waste and costs.
