Job Description

  • Manage retail and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Review drawings, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Coordinate field operations with Superintendents and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the client's expectations.



Support business development efforts and help maintain strong client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing retail, commercial interiors, or tenant improvement projects.
  • Experience overseeing multiple fast-track projects simultaneously.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
  • Experience coordinating architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
  • Desire to grow professionally and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
