Retail - Traveling Superintendent

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to minimize project disruptions.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Travel frequently to various project sites as required by the role.
• Communicate effectively with the project management team and provide updates as needed.
