• Manage daily on-site construction activities for civil and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Oversee quality control to ensure work meets project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
