Safety Coordinator - Manufacturing - Claremont, NH

• Implement, manage, and continuously improve site-wide safety programs and policies
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across the facility
• Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses, driving corrective actions
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates at all levels of the organization
• Maintain accurate records for incidents, training, inspections, and compliance reporting
• Act as a point of contact for emergency response planning and drills
• Partner with production and leadership teams to identify hazards and improve processes
• Ensure correct use, availability, and maintenance of PPE and safety equipment
• Track, analyze, and report safety metrics to senior leadership
• Champion a proactive, people-first safety culture on the factory floor
• Support the integration of Lean principles into safety programs
• Help standardize safety documentation, inspections, and reporting workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to structured root cause and preventive action plans
