Job Description

* Lead implementation and enforcement of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 standards across active jobsites.
* Perform safety inspections, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
* Develop and deliver training on HAZCOM, PPE, CPR, First Aid, Trench Safety, and related topics.
* Manage accident reporting, workers' compensation processes, and return-to-work programs.

The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years with a commercial general contractor.
* 5+ years in a construction safety compliance leadership role.
* Proven experience enforcing OSHA construction regulations.
* Strong understanding of construction means, methods, equipment, and trade hazards.
* Knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and incident management practices.
