With decades of experience across commercial, industrial, and energy‑focused markets, the company is continuing to scale and is now investing in top estimating talent to support its growing pipeline.Job DescriptionDirect and manage the safety team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.Establish departmental goals, priorities, and resource allocation to support company-wide safety objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters across all projects and offices.Program Development & Compliance.Develop, implement, and maintain corporate safety programs, policies, and procedures.Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, NFPA 70E, and other applicable regulations.Oversee the creation and review of project-specific safety plans (SSPs), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and lockout/tagout procedures.Conduct regular job-site safety audits and inspections across active electrical construction projects.Risk Management & Reporting.Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.Track and report safety metrics (TRIR, near misses, leading indicators) to senior leadership.Identify trends and implement proactive measures to reduce risk.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
