Job Description

The Safety Manager - Data Center - NoVA will:

  • Serve as the Safety Manager for a 200,000 sq. ft. hyperscale data center campus consisting of two stacked buildings
  • Lead safety efforts for tenant fit‑out operations beginning this summer
  • Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and procedures for the company's new data center division
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, including the CEO and ownership team
  • Conduct site safety orientations, audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, client requirements, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain a strong safety culture
  • Play a foundational role in shaping long‑term safety standards as the division grows

The Successful Applicant

The Safety Manager - Data Center - NoVA will have:

  • Experience as a Safety Manager on large commercial or mission‑critical construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience leading safety efforts for tenant fit‑outs or complex interior scopes preferred
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership
