My client is a fast growing construction contractor specializing in underground utility installation, specifically trenchless installation, mainly in the data center and powerplant space.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.
  • Provide safety training and guidance to construction teams and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of safety protocols and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into project plans.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and safety standards.
