The company enjoys a significant volume of repeat business, maintains deep relationships with leading institutions, and is committed to employee well-being and community involvement.Job DescriptionLead all safety programs and initiatives for construction projects throughout the Boston market.Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies, procedures, and training programs.Conduct regular jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, and implement corrective actions.Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to promote a proactive safety culture.Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and ongoing education to employees and subcontractors.Monitor safety performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement strategies.Support projects in healthcare, life sciences, higher education, commercial, defense, and infrastructure environments.Travel between project sites, with the majority of work located in Downtown Boston and surrounding suburbs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
