Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide safety training and education programs for employees and contractors.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare and present safety performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations applicable to the construction industry.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness among all employees and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Safety Manager should have:
