Job Description

  • Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures across construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide safety training and guidance to employees and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety audits and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety measures into project planning.
  • Monitor and track safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Safety Manager should have:

  • Experience with implementing and managing safety programs in the construction sector.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to promote a culture of safety.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate safety records and documentation.
