Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue within existing and new customer accounts.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with OEMs across medical, industrial, defense, automotive, and related manufacturing sectors.
  • Build long-term relationships with engineering, sourcing, supply chain, operations, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Lead customer discussions regarding plastic injection molding, tooling, assembly, and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop quotations, proposals, and customer solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through production launch.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Monitor market activity, competitive trends, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide forecasting to leadership.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while driving profitable growth

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience within plastic injection molding, plastics manufacturing, tooling, contract manufacturing, or a related industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, engineered plastics, and manufacturing operations.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with OEM customers and grow strategic accounts.
  • Experience selling custom manufactured products or engineered solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated approach with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent industry experience will be considered.
  • Willingness to travel throughout New England and surrounding territories as needed.
