Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities through direct customer engagement and market development activities.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and product development teams to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process and help develop application-specific solutions.
  • Promote key product lines and increase market awareness within targeted industries.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand brand presence and generate leads.
  • Present technical information to customers and industry audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Support commercial activities throughout the equipment sales cycle, from prospecting through project delivery.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required, up to approximately 35%.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the metals, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex engineered systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to build credibility and develop relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience with metallurgy, automation systems, controls, sensors, hydraulics, or systems integration is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of vacuum systems, furnace technology, or related process equipment is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Eligible to work with U.S. export-controlled products, processes, and information.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
