Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the industrial industries.
  • Manage and oversee the performance of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing sales culture.
  • oversee Northeast P & L. Responsible for managing company's top line sales and profit growth directives, should have in depth knowledge and record of success managing sales growth

The Successful Applicant

  • Ability to be onsite full time in Wilmington, MA
  • Track record of success in a sales leadership position w/ quota attainment
  • Experience managing P & L
  • Experience managing a sales team and selling into the industrial space (REQUIRED)
  • Proven ability to build out a sales team
