Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Revenue & Team Performance

  • Lead and develop a team of 4-5 sales professionals
  • Own revenue growth, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Strengthen accountability across sales performance and execution
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new customer programs
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and win new business



Lead Strategic Customer Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Participate in client meetings with sales team, plant visits, and business reviews
  • Manage escalations and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Position the organization as a strategic, value-added packaging partner
  • Drive CRM adoption, pipeline discipline, and accurate forecasting
  • Implement best practices across quoting, account planning, and reporting
  • Leverage Excel and PowerPoint for business insights and presentations
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Director should have:

  • Background in packaging, folding carton, paperboard, printing, or related industries
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and team performance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or operational environment
  • Direct folding carton experience
  • CRM and pipeline management expertise
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to travel within East Coast territory, must be based on East Coast
