This is an exciting time to join a business that combines the stability of an established manufacturer with the growth mindset of an evolving organisation.Location: South Chicago Heights, Illinois.Job DescriptionDrive new business development activities across targeted OEM markets.Manage and grow a portfolio of existing strategic customer accounts.Build relationships with engineering, procurement, and operations stakeholders.Identify new applications and opportunities for custom metal manufacturing solutions.Present technical solutions and communicate product capabilities to customers.Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to develop manufacturable solutions.Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations.Support customers from initial concept through production launch.Develop and maintain customer pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.Create sales processes and contribute to the development of the organisation's commercial infrastructure.Conduct customer visits and represent the business at industry events.Work closely with executive leadership to execute growth initiatives.Deliver revenue growth and support market expansion efforts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
