Job Description

  • Create and manage Primavera P6 master schedules for critical projects from preconstruction through final handover
  • Align phase sequencing, pull planning, and key milestones in collaboration with project managers, site teams, designers, and trade partners
  • Conduct critical path analysis to identify schedule risks, particularly for high‑risk systems and commissioning activities
  • Monitor progress against approved baselines and support recovery strategies when schedule impacts arise
  • Deliver accurate schedule reporting and forecasting to project teams and owners to maintain schedule certainty

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working for a large general contractor on complex, large‑scale mission‑critical or data center projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 software
  • Strong understanding and application of Lean scheduling principles across all project phases
  • Proven ability to own and manage the full project schedule, not just a single scope or trade
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to align PMs, superintendents, designers, and trade partners around schedule execution
  • Open to travel to be on-site when required
