Job Description

  • Build and manage Primavera P6 master schedules for large commercial (+$100M) projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
  • Align phase sequencing, pull planning, and key milestones with project managers, superintendents, designers, and trade partners.
  • Analyse critical paths and identify scheduling risks impacting high‑risk systems and commissioning scopes.
  • Monitor progress against baseline schedules and assist with recovery strategies when delays arise.
  • Deliver schedule updates, forecasts, and reports to project teams and owners to maintain schedule reliability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working for a large general contractor on complex, large‑scale commercial or data center projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 software
  • Strong understanding and application of Lean scheduling principles across all project phases
  • Proven ability to own and manage the full project schedule, not just a single scope or trade
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to align PMs, superintendents, designers, and trade partners around schedule execution
  • Open to travel to be on-site when required
