SCIF Superintendent - Colorado Springs

• Oversee all aspects of SCIF construction projects, ensuring compliance with security and industry standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure timelines and quality objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to address project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during construction.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress and compliance.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality among the project team and contractors.
