Job Description

  • Manage self-perform construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee daily operations within fabrication and production shops.
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely delivery of fabricated components.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and cost control initiatives.
  • Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination activities.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Develop work plans and production schedules aligned with project milestones.
  • Maintain quality control standards across shop and field operations.
  • Enforce safety standards and best practices.
  • Serve as a key liaison between project teams, field operations, and shop personnel.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing self-perform work, fabrication operations, or specialty trades.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in both field and office environments.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency reviewing construction documents and coordinating project execution.
