The company offers a collaborative, team-oriented culture where employees work closely across sales, technical, product development, marketing, and operations functions to drive customer success and long-term business growth.Job DescriptionThe Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key Personal Care accounts across North America while driving new business growth within the segment. The Senior Account Manager will serve as a strategic partner to customers, working closely with internal technical and commercial teams to develop solutions, strengthen relationships, and deliver sustained revenue growth.Manage and grow strategic Personal Care customer accounts throughout North America.Develop and execute account plans focused on revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEM, private label, and Personal Care manufacturers.Build relationships with key decision-makers across procurement, R&D, formulation, marketing, and executive leadership teams.Lead customer meetings, business reviews, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial presentations.Collaborate with product development, technical, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to support new product launches and customer initiatives.Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and gather market intelligence to support business strategy and future growth opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
