With a strong focus on research and development, the company has a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions for vehicle enthusiasts and professionals alike.Job DescriptionOversee the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets accounting functions.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and management reports.Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting principles and standards.Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis of financial results.Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.Lead the preparation for and support the annual financial audit.Provide guidance and training to other members of the finance team.Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
