Job Description

  • Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for a portfolio of luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance reports for executive leadership and investors.
  • Manage property-level and corporate accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
  • Partner with development, asset management, and operations teams to monitor project costs, construction budgets, and investment performance.
  • Coordinate audits, tax filings, lender reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes to support scalability and risk management.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff while driving operational efficiencies and best practices across the finance organization.
  • Support acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions, and capital transactions through financial analysis and due diligence.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior executives to support decision-making, profitability, and long-term portfolio growth.
