With an active pipeline of development, acquisitions, and asset management initiatives, the firm offers employees exposure to the full real estate lifecycle in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.Job DescriptionReporting to senior investment and asset management leadership, the Investment & Asset Management Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring asset performance, and supporting development initiatives across the portfolio.Develop and maintain advanced financial models to underwrite acquisitions, developments, joint ventures, and existing assets.Analyze property and portfolio performance, including net operating income (NOI), occupancy, leasing activity, debt service coverage ratios (DSCR), loan-to-value ratios (LTV), capital expenditures, and budget variances.Prepare hold/sell analyses, valuations, investment memorandums, strategic recommendations, and executive reporting packages.Conduct market, demographic, and economic research to support investment decisions and business development opportunities.Lead and coordinate due diligence activities for acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects.Collaborate with third-party property managers, leasing teams, legal counsel, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maximize asset value and ensure successful project execution.Support budgeting, forecasting, investor reporting, construction management activities, and special projects across the portfolioMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
