Job Description

As Senior Manager - Asset Management, you will report to a senior finance leader and act as the day‑to‑day owner of asset performance across a portfolio of industrial properties. You will step into a leadership gap currently supported by acquisitions and development teams and bring a true operational and asset‑first lens.Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and executing asset‑level business plans, ensuring assets remain "on plan" and value creation initiatives are delivered
  • Leading hold/sell analysis, valuation work, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the board
  • Overseeing leasing strategy in partnership with internal teams and external brokers, including approval of major deal terms
  • Managing budgets, reforecasts, and long‑term financial projections, with clear variance analysis and accountability
  • Coordinating capital projects, operational initiatives, and third‑party property management performance
  • Preparing and presenting clear, concise board and investor reporting
  • Acting as a collaborative bridge between acquisitions, finance, leasing, and operations as the platform scales

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Manager - Asset Management role, we are seeking:

  • 8-10+ years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong concentration in industrial asset management
  • Proven experience executing business plans and independently managing assets through the full hold period
  • Advanced financial capability, including cash flow modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
  • Hands‑on experience with Argus, Excel, and enterprise property management systems
  • Strong leasing acumen, with a practical understanding of market rents, tenant improvements, and deal structuring
  • The confidence and communication skills to present to senior leadership and board‑level stakeholders
  • A leadership mindset with the ability to give and receive feedback, influence without ego, and work effectively across functions
